How to refund credit balance on my credit card?: You may use the credit balance to offset the coming outstanding balance of that credit card account.

Exchange rate and handling fee of overseas transaction: If you conduct foreign currency transactions, the Bank will charge a handling fee of 1.95% based on the applicable exchange rate on processing date for each transaction. You can check the exchange rate through VISA and Mastercard website.
Fee relating to Settling Foreign Currency Transaction in Hong Kong Dollars: If you choose to settle foreign currency transactions in Hong Kong dollars made with merchants outside Hong Kong, or online merchants whose place of registration and/or settlement are outside Hong Kong, VISA / Mastercard / American Express impose a charge of 1% of the transaction amount on the Bank. The Bank will therefore charge the same for the customers (except for DBS Live Fresh Card) effective from 4 January 2024.

Not received refund after goods returned: You should check with the merchant for the refund status first.
Debited for recurrent payment after cancellation / termination of service: You should contact the merchant to cancel the recurrent transaction.

Permanently decrease credit limit: You can request to decrease your credit limit permanently via DBS Digibot or mail.
Permanently increase credit limit: If you want to increase your credit limit permanently, you may apply via DBS Card+, our website or download form directly.
Set credit limit for different credit cards: You can set a specific credit limit for designed credit card by fax.
Temporarily increase credit limit: You may temporarily increase your credit limit via DBS digibot. It will take effect no earlier than 5 days from submission if approved.
