Settle credit card payment

You can register any local bank account in your name on DBS Card+ to make payments to DBS credit cards. Payment instructions received by 5pm will be processed on next working day.

EasyPayment registration:

1. Log in to Card+ mobile app on your phone

2. Tap “More” at the bottom menu bar

3. Tap “EasyPayment” under “Apply”

4. Select card, click “Enroll”

5. Tap “Next”

6. Input bank account details, read and agree Terms & Condition, then tap “Next”

7. Confirm details, click “Confirm” to submit registration

8. You will receive registration result within 7 working days

Make payment:

1. Upon successful registration, you will receive monthly payment reminders

2. Tap “More” at the bottom menu bar

3. Tap “EasyPayment” under “Apply”

4. Follow the instruction on the screen

5. After payment, you can check for payment transactions via Payment Log or on “Spending” after payment processed

Please make transfer from your DBS bank account to credit card account from Monday to Saturday before 23:30

1. Login your DBS iBanking account

2. At the top menu bar, select “My Accounts”, then select “Credit Cards”



3. Select credit card



4. Then you can choose to pay your statement balance, minimum payment, or pay other amount

OR:

1. Login your DBS iBanking account

2. At the top menu bar, select “Transfer” then select “To My DBS Account”



3. Then you can make payment from your DBS bank account to credit card account, and key in the amount that you would like to transfer



4. Your can choose "Transfer Now" to transfer immediately or choose "Scheduled Transfer" to transfer on centain date, then press “Next”



5. Confirm payment details & click “Submit” for your request

Please make transfer from your DBS bank account to credit card account from Monday to Saturday before 23:30

1. Login your DBS digibank HK account

2. Select credit card

3. Click “Pay Card Balance”

4. Then you can choose to settle your statement balance, minimum payment of your current statement or another amount from your DBS bank account to credit card account

5. Your can choose "Immediate" to make a payment immediately or choose to make payment on centain date

6. Click "NEXT" and confirm the payment instruction

By submitting autopay instruction, your credit card balance will be automatically settled monthly through direct debit from your designated bank account on the payment due date. You can choose to settle full payment, minimum payment, or a fixed percentage of the statement balance.

Note:

• To protect your account security, autopay can only be processed through the above channels, the processing time is 4-8 weeks.

• The charges are subject to the Beneficiary Bank.

• After you have completed and returned this direct debit authorization to the Beneficiary, you shall continue to settle your monthly statements by other means, including by cash or cheque, until you receive a statement with the message “AUTOMATIC PAYMENT”.

Note:

• Please fill in “Credit Card/Cashline Card ATM/Other Terminal Function Set Up Form” for the linkage of your DBS bank account and credit card, the processing time usually takes 10 working days

Note:

• Post-dated cheque is not accepted
• Please issue a crossed cheque with payee name "DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited", and mark your credit card number at the back of the cheque for credit card payment
• By mail to GPO Box 9011 Hong Kong, please send your cheque at least 5 working days prior to the payment due date.

* The daily cash deposit limit for each Credit Card (Principal Card and Supplementary Card are calculated separately) is HK$100,000. If the Principal Card and its Supplementary Card(s) share the same Credit Card number, the daily cash deposit limit is calculated on a combined basis and limited to a maximum of HK$100,000.
