How to refund credit balance on my credit card?

1. Download the Credit Card / Cashline Revolving Loan – Services Request Form.

2. Fill the information under "Applicable to Credit Card Only – Others" section.

3. Submit the form by faxing to 2572 6922.

Note: It would takes around 7 business days to process.

You can choose to:

• Transfer the credit balance to your other DBS credit card accounts for setting off repayments; or

• Transfer the credit balance to your DBS banking account; or

• Withdraw the credit balance by Cashier's Order to your correspondence address (HK$100 per cashier's order) (in accordance with the Fee Schedule amended from time to time)
