You may use DBS$ or COMPASS Dollar to redeem Avios points / KrisFlyer miles through DBS Card+ starting from 2 May, 2018

In order to receive your Miles more efficiently, please ensure that the information of your British Airways Executive Club account/ KrisFlyer account registered in the DBS Card+ is correct (including membership number, member first name, member surname).

1. What is the conversion rate of Avios & KrisFlyer?

• DBS Black World Mastercard:

  You can use DBS$48 to redeem 1,000 KrisFlyer Miles / Avios, no handling fee will be charged.

• DBS Black American Express ® Card:

  You can use DBS$72 to redeem 1,000 KrisFlyer Miles / Avios, no handling fee will be charged.

• DBS COMPASS VISA:

  You can use $100 COMPASS Dollar to redeem 1,000 KrisFlyer Miles / Avios, no handling fee will be charged.

• Others DBS Credit Cards:

  You can use DBS$72 to redeem 1,000 KrisFlyer Miles / Avios, a handling fee of HK$100 will be charged for every 5,000 miles redeemed under each redemption.

2. Is the mileage reward change applies to AsiaMiles / PhoenixMiles?

• The mileage reward change doesn’t apply to AsiaMiles / PhoenixMiles

3. Where to redeem KrisFlyer Miles / Avios?

• You can login to DBS Card+ and redeem KrisFlyer Miles / Avios at eSHOP.

4. When will the Flying Miles be credited to my Avios/ KrisFlyer membership account?

• The Flying Miles redeemed will be credited to your membership account automatically within 3-8 working days.

5. Can I fill in the membership account of my family member such that the Flying Miles will be credited to my family member’s account directly?

• Sorry, the miles can only be credited to the membership account of the principal cardholder or the supplementary cardholder.
