  1. Why my COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card will be terminated?

    2. After a thorough review of our business and market changes, we have made the decision to discontinue the services of COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card on 1 August 2023.


  2. Will the termination affect the COMPASS VISA to which my COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card is linked?

    3. Such termination will not affect the COMPASS VISA to which your COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card is linked.


  3. If I lose my COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card before 1 August 2023, will you still issue a new COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card to me?

    4. Sorry, no replacement card will be issued from now on.


  4. Can I still use my COMPASS Dollar when my COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card is terminated?

    5. You are advised to use your COMPASS Dollar before your COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card is terminated on 1 August 2023.


  5. What is the arrangement for any unused COMPASS Dollar after my COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card is terminated?

    6. Any unused COMPASS Dollar accumulated in the COMPASS PARKnSHOP Card after card termination will be forfeited.
