The reason of declined transaction
You may check your available credit limit, card status, or ensure you are using valid credit card for spending.
For declined transactions, there are few reasons may cause you cannot make it through as below:
You may not have sufficient credit limit of your credit card to get your transaction done, therefore you can check your latest available credit limit through the methods as below:
DBS Card+ (Available on the App Store and Google Play)
Log in to Card+ mobile app on your phone
Tap "Cards" at the bottom menu bar
"Available Credit Limit" will be shown at the bottom

Choose "Cards" at the top bar menu
Choose "Credit Card Summary" from the pull down menu of "Cards"
Click a credit card under "Credit Card Accounts at a glance", scroll down and you can see "Available Credit Limit"

Choose credit card that you would like to check the available credit limit
Click "UNBILLED", then you can see "Available Credit Limit" of your credit card
Solution:
You may request to increase your credit limit with latest income proof, or make payment to your credit card to release credit limit.
You may forget to make payment for your credit card before or on due date, therefore you can check your total credit card balance through the methods as below and settle the payment as soon as possible:

Click "My Accounts"
Click "Credit Cards" from the pull down menu of "My Accounts"
Then you can see the "Current Balance" of each credit cards

Select credit card that you would like to check the current balance
Click "UNBILLED", then you can see "Current Balance" of your credit card
You may have used the credit card which is expired already. Please check your credit card expiry date. If you have received your new card already, you can activate your card through online and hotline.
