  1. Why my Extravaganza Card/First Edible Nest Card will be terminated?

  3. Will the termination affect the credit card to which my Extravaganza Card/First Edible Nest Card is linked?

  4. Such termination will not affect the credit card to which your Extravaganza Card/First Edible Nest Card is linked.


  5. Can I still use my First Edible Nest bonus points at First Edible Nest shops when my First Edible Nest Card is terminated?

  6. You are advised to use your First Edible Nest bonus points at First Edible Nest shops before your First Edible Nest Card is terminated on 2 July 2020.


  7. What is the arrangement for any unused First Edible Nest bonus points after my First Edible Nest Card is terminated?

  8. You can replace your First Edible Nest Card with a First Edible Nest Membership Card (“Membership Card”) on or after 2 July 2020 at any First Edible Nest shops. Any unused First Edible Nest bonus points accumulated in the First Edible Nest Card as of 1 July 2020 will be transferred to the Membership Card. For details of the Membership Card and its replacement, please visit the First Edible Nest shops and enquire their staff.


  9. If I lose my Extravaganza Card/First Edible Nest Card before 1 July 2020, will you still issue a new Extravaganza Card/First Edible Nest Card to me?

  10. Sorry, no replacement card will be issued from now on.
