My Treasures Reward Flash Offer Registration Guide

Step 1:

Check our Invitation Email or MMS from time to time for the details of Flash Offer and visit the designated link.

Or you may go to My Treasures Reward homepage and select “Gold Level Members” under Flash Offer.

Step 2:

Click “Register” when the registration period starts.

Step 3:

You can access the Registration Form once the registration period starts. Register with your “Reference Number” stated in the Invitation Email, MMS or on our app “DBS digibank HK” and your “Email Address”.

(To check your Reference Number on “DBS digibank HK”:
Log in to DBS digibank HK > Tap “More” at the bottom > Select “DBS eStamp” under “OTHER SERVICES”)

Step 4:

After filling in your “Reference Number” and “Email Address” in Step 3 above, acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and click “Submit” to proceed.

Step 5:

When your Registration Form is submitted, you will be directed to the confirmation page.

Step 6:

Registration Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the Email Address that you provided in the Registration Form. It acknowledges your Registration Form is submitted, but not a confirmation of successful quota allocation of the Flash Offer.

Step 7:

Redemption Email will be sent to the email address in the Bank’s record of the customers who have been successfully allocated a Flash Offer. Make sure to keep a valid email address record with the Bank to receive the Redemption Email. Update your valid email address via DBS iBanking or any of our branches if necessary (Click here to view the steps).
