What shall I do if the quotation on Online ELI cannot be provided?
Quotation is a trial-and-error process. You may first start with a higher call price (e.g. 100%), or a higher knock-in price (e.g. 85%), or a higher exercise price (e.g. 90%), or a lower coupon rate (p.a.) (e.g. 5% p.a.), then progressively adjust towards your desired level to see which is the optimal level that works for you.
What shall I do if I encounter the alert of “Your asset concentration is high” during transaction process of Online ELI?
After selecting a reason from the pull down menu under “What’s your reason for proceeding with this transaction?”, you can proceed with your transaction.
