*An Annualised Percentage Rate of 5.07% (Monthly Flat Rate of 0.22%) is for clients who are holding a valid DBS Bank Current Account and Savings Account, and with a loan amount of HK$10,000 or above and a tenor of 18 months.

Special clients are clients who are holding a valid DBS Bank Current Account and Savings Account.
Clients in specific segments are clients whose nature of business are within specific segments including public utility, banking and finance, government, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, insurance, medical service, school and education, and professionals. The Bank has the sole discretion to determine whether an Eligible Customer is belongs to the specific segment.

An Annualised Percentage Rate (“APR”) is a reference rate, which includes all applicable interest rates, fees and charges of the product, expressed as an annualized rate.
You are eligible to apply for redrawing the repaid principal if a minimum of one instalment has been repaid and the repaid principal is over HK$5,000, with a punctual repayment record maintained. For application or enquiry about the details of redrawing the repaid principal and the terms and conditions, please call 2290 8111. We reserve the right for final approval based on the account condition.
The monthly flat rate quoted in the above table is for reference only. The interest rate applicable to a customer is subject to his/her financial condition and is solely determined by us.
The APR ranges from 5.07% to 6.23%. The minimum and maximum repayment period is 12 months and 24 months, respectively. The final interest rate and repayment period applicable to a customer is subject to his/her financial condition and is solely determined by us. To facilitate customer to repay, the monthly repayment amount is rounded to an integral, so the final APR may be slightly different from that quoted in the above table.
