You can view the confirmation letter under DBS Card+ “eLetter” function. If you are not a DBS Card+ app user, the confirmation letter will be sent to you by post.  Please view the relevant Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) and Key Facts Statements either from our website or the link(s) provided in the confirmation letter. T&Cs are subject to revision from time to time. Prevailing version of the T&Cs is available at our website until 30 days from the effective date of a new version. You may not be able to access or download such version of the information subsequent to the expiry of the specified timeframe. You are advised to download and store a copy for future reference. ~In response to individual circumstances, customers may not be able to instantly increase their credit limit without submitting documents. In this case, customers may submit an application with the required documents to DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. ("the Bank") through the designated website for increasing the credit limit. The Bank reserves the right to approve the application for permanent increase in combined credit limit.

*Only applicable to customers who use Faster Payment System to receive the loan payment. The loan payment will be instantly transferred to the recipient bank. The crediting to the recipient account will be subject to the recipient bank’s handling.

"Call-a-loan" service is the product provided under Cash Instalment Loan plan. #Cash rebate entitled by the customer depends on the cash out amount of the loan approved and tenor of "Call-a-loan" Online Instalment Cash Service.   6. If you choose to pay off the "Call-a-loan" early, you are not able to save any interest because interest payable for the remaining term of the "Call-a-loan", which is embedded in the monthly instalment amount shall still be payable.
