How to apply increase in credit limit

Method 1^*

1.1.Log in to DBS Card+, select “Available Credit Limit” and “Increase Credit Limit” in “Card” for application.

1.2. Log in to DBS Card+, select “Manage Card” and “Increase Credit Limit” in “Card” for application.

2. Tab “INCREASE NOW”. We will process your application right away and the approval result will be displayed instantly ^*.

Method 2^#

1.1. Log in to DBS Card+, select “Available Credit Limit” and “Increase Credit Limit” in “Card” for application.

1.2. Log in to DBS Card+, select “Manage Card” and “Increase Credit Limit” in “Card” for application.

2. Tab “INCREASE NOW”. Input the information and submit your latest salary proof. You will be notified of the approval result 5 working days after submission of all the required documents^#.

^#For customers who have already completed credit limit increase application but not yet uploaded income proof.

FAQ

Is there any system requirement for online document submission?

We recommend using Internet Explorer version 6 for online document submission.

Which kind of file formats are supported?

We support jpeg, png, PDF, tif , gif, doc, ppt, mdi and bmp files.

What is the maximum number of files I can upload at a time?

You can upload up to 6 files at a time.

Any file size restriction?

The file size for each document can be up to 5MB.

I mistyped my application number. Will that affect the application process?

No, it will not.

I forgot my application number. Can I still upload my documents?

Yes, you can upload your documents without inputting the application number. However, please ensure you have entered other information correctly.

Can I cancel my document upload while it is in progress?

Yes, you can. But all the files submitted in the same upload will be deleted and must be re-uploaded.

My internet connection disconnected while my document upload is in progress. Do I have to upload all the documents again?

Yes, we will not receive any document if there is any problem with the internet connection during the upload process. You will have to upload all the documents again. A confirmation page listing the documents that you have successfully uploaded will be displayed after upload is completed.

Can I cancel the document submission after the file upload is completed?

No, you cannot cancel once document upload is completed.

How will I know if the document is successfully uploaded?

A confirmation page listing the documents that you have successfully uploaded will be displayed after upload is completed.

Do I need to submit multiple applications to increase credit limit if I have more than one credit card?

No. You just need to submit one application. We will process the application for permanent increase in combined credit limit increase if you hold more than one credit card.
