  1. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter. If you are a DBS Card+ app user, the electronic confirmation letter will be issued via DBS Card+. You can view the confirmation letter under DBS Card+ “eLetter” function. If you are not a DBS Card+ app user, the confirmation letter will be sent to you by post.  Please view the relevant Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) and Key Facts Statements either from our website or the link(s) provided in the confirmation letter. T&Cs are subject to revision from time to time. Prevailing version of the T&Cs is available at our website until 30 days from the effective date of a new version. You may not be able to access or download such version of the information subsequent to the expiry of the specified timeframe. You are advised to download and store a copy for future reference. If you do not agree to receive the confirmation letter via eLetter or have no online access to the electronic confirmation letter, the T&Cs and Key Facts Statement, please send an email to creditcard.hk@dbs.com or call our Customer Service Hotline at 2290 8888 to instruct us otherwise.
  2. If you are DBS Card+ user, you can login the DBS Card+ app, tap “eDocument” under “Cards” tab and choose “eLetter” to view your electronic confirmation letter.

 

Terms and Conditions of previous month

#Credit card application may not be approved instantly through DBS Card+ for some individual reasons. The Bank may request other documents from you, like address proof and income proof, for application approval. The credit card application is subject to the Bank’s final approval.

+Only applicable for New DBS Credit Card customers++ / New Instant Cash Instalment Loan customers

++New DBS Credit Card customers shall mean applicants who, during the new card approval process have not applied for, do not currently hold, or in the 12 months prior to the date of application for the new card, have not held and/or cancelled any principal credit cards (including co-branded cards) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. ("the Bank").

*Only applicable to customers who use Faster Payment System to receive the loan payment. The loan payment will be instantly transferred to the recipient bank. The crediting to the recipient account will be subject to the recipient bank’s handling.

~Due to individual circumstances, the online application may not be approved instantly. In this case, the Bank will contact the customer to follow up the application within 2 working days. The customer may need to provide additional documents for approval.

"Call-a-loan" service is the product provided under Cash Instalment Loan plan
#Cash rebate entitled by the customer depends on the cash out amount of the loan approved and tenor of "Call-a-loan" Online Instalment Cash Service. If customers are eligible for both the “Apply for Cash Instalment Loan (that is “Call-a-loan” Service) via online to enjoy up to HK$6,200 cash rebate” and the “New DBS Credit Card Customer / New Instant Cash Instalment Loan user can enjoy a cash rebate of 6 months’ interest” simultaneously, the eligible customer will be entitled to the offer with higher cash rebate once from the 2 promotions.
