How to apply Flexi Shopping Programme via DBS Card+ app

^{^} “Eligible Spending” refers to during the Promotion Period, Cardholders who conduct a single transaction of HK$2,000 or above with the Registered Credit Card in (i) Premium payment via “DBS digibank HK app”, “DBS iBanking” or “a Hong Kong insurance company’s outlet, website or mobile app” with Applicable Credit Cards, including but not limited to individuals insurance, annuity plan payment (including Qualifying Deferred Annuity Policy), pet insurance, car insurance, home insurance and travel insurance, or (ii) Medical services spending at any points of sales (either physical or online) of medical services merchants. Premium Payment and Medical services spending via below channels, including but not limited to the spending through Scan & Pay function of DBS Card+ app, JETCO payment to payees under Merchant Category of “Credit Card Payment”, “PPS”, “Faster Payment System”, or e-wallets (including but not limited to Octopus Card on Mobile, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK & PayMe), shall not be regarded as Eligible Spending. Definition of Premium payment and Medical services spending are determined according to the merchant codes as defined by Visa International, MasterCard Asia/ Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and American Express International, Inc. or the merchant's acquiring bank and it is at the sole discretion of the Bank to determine whether the Premium payment / Medical services spending belongs to the Eligible Spending. The Bank reserves the right of final decision.

Reward is applicable to the principal cardholders of DBS Black World Mastercard®, DBS Eminent Card and DBS COMPASS VISA only.
Registration quota is applied for this campaign, and only applicable to the first 10,000 customers who completed the registration with the Applicable Credit Card. Quotas are offered on a first-come-first served basis until quota is fully used.
The Reward of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the rewards of other Flexi Shopping promotion. If a Cardholder's Flexi Shopping has already been entitled other reward in other Flexi Shopping promotion, he/she can no longer receive the Reward from this Promotion. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.

General Notes:

All Flexi Shopping application should be completed 6 working days before the payment due date printed on the monthly statement. Otherwise, you are required to first settle payment for the relevant Eligible Transaction in full before the payment due date. Once the application for the Programme is successful, the payment you made for the relevant Eligible Transaction will be credited to your Card Account and the relevant Eligible Transaction will be converted into a Flexi Shopping Transaction and net-off the statement balance in the following month.
If the transactions that you have applied for Flexi Shopping cannot be successfully converted into instalment transactions before the monthly statement is issued, and you have arranged “Autopay” service for your credit card account, you can call the customer service hotline 2290 8888 at least two business days before payment due date to enquiry whether payment instruction can be amended or not.
If you apply the eligible transaction made by DBS Black American Express^® Card or eligible transaction of “iFlexi - up to 90-day Interest-free Repayment Period for Online Transaction”/ “Flexi Travel - up to 90-day Interest-free Repayment Period for Overseas and Travelling Transaction” promotion made by DBS Live Fresh Card via DBS Card+ app, you can only apply Flexi Shopping with single transaction only. If you apply for Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee, that single transaction amount must be HK$500 or above. If you apply for Flexi Shopping that charged monthly interest, that single transaction amount must be HK$2,000 or above (Login DBS Card+ app > choose “Spending” page > select eligible transaction to start your application Journey).
Maximum 500 eligible transactions can be selected for single application via DBS Card+ app.
After the online application is successfully submitted, you will receive an email for your application. If there is any discrepancy between the information you submitted and the bank's record, the bank will contact you to follow up before the payment due date of the relevant transaction.

Only applicable for spending amount of HK$500 to HK$300,000 (single application). If the application amount is more than HK$300,000, please select Flexi Shopping that charged monthly interest.

Not applicable for spending amount of HK$300,000 or below for 6 or 12-month of Flexi Shopping that charged monthly interest for application through DBS Card+ app. Please select Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee.
If you choose to pay off the “Monthly Interest Fee Plan” early, you are not able to save any interest because interest payable for the remaining term of the “Monthly Interest Fee Plan” which is embedded in the monthly instalment amount shall still be payable.
