1. the cost of which has been directly charged in one (1) single transaction and full payment was settled by using Eligible Card; and/or paid on a monthly contract/subscription plan by using an Eligible Card (the switching from an alternative payment method to an Eligible Card will be excluded); and
2. is purchased solely for personal use; and
3. is new and has not been used when purchase; and
4. is purchased through Retailer or Seller.
