How to check loan details?
You may check loan details through various means.
To check your loan balance, please follow the steps below:
DBS Card+
(Available on the App Store / Google Play. If you haven't registered DBS Card+, click here to see how to register.)
Log in to DBS Card+. Select "Borrow" on menu bar.
Select "Existing Loans".
Select the loan account you want to check.
Check loan balance.

Select the loan account you want to check.
Check transaction records.
DBS digibank HK (applicable to Cashline Revolving Loan and Cashline Instalment Loan only)
Log in to DBS digibank HK.
Select "Transaction History".
Select the loan account you want to check.
Check transaction records.
To check your payment due date, please follow the steps below:
DBS Card+

Log in to DBS Card+. Select "Borrow" on menu bar.
Select "Existing Loans".
Check payment due date under the loan account you want to check.

Log in to DBS digibank HK.
Select the loan account you want to check.
Check payment due date under "CURRENT".
To check available credit limit of your Cashline Revolving Loan, please follow the steps below:

Select "Existing Loans".
Select "Cashline Revolving Loan".
Check available credit limit.

Check available credit limit.

Log in to DBS digibank HK.
Select "My Accounts".
Select "Cashline Revolving Loan".
Check credit limit.

Select "Current Statement".
Check the remaining tenor.

Log in to DBS digibank HK.
Select "My Accounts".
Select the loan account you want to check.
Select "Current Statement".
Check the remaining tenor.
To check monthly repayment amount, please follow the steps below:

Select the loan account you want to check.
Select "Current Statement".
Check monthly repayment amount.
