Are there any service charges for using DBS Home360?

DBS Home360 is a free mobile app provided by our Bank.

Can I access DBS Home360 overseas?

You can access DBS Home360 wherever your mobile device connects to the Internet. Please be reminded that data roaming charges may apply and the information is for Hong Kong market only. For details of data roaming charges, please contact your telecommunication service providers.

  • You can get an assessment result based on your intended loan amount through Instant Mortgage Assessment. We will contact you within 2 business days and assist you with your formal mortgage application.

How long will it take to hear back from the e-appointment in the app?

Once the e-appointment is received, our Home Advice Specialist will contact you within 2 business days.

How long will the Bank contact me after submission of Instant Mortgage Assessment?

Once the Instant Mortgage Assessment is submitted, our Home Advice Specialist will contact you within 2 business days to assist you with the formal mortgage application.

Can I have more than one Instant Mortgage Assessment?

After making one submission, you may select “Start a New Submission”. Our Home Advice Specialist will contact you for further information on all of your submissions of Instant Mortgage Assessment.

What kind of personal information will be collected through DBS Home360?

Your phone number will be collected on submission of Instant Mortgage Assessment for our Home Advice Specialist to follow up with you. Your name, phone number and email address will be collected when you schedule an appointment through Mortgage e-Appointment in Contact Us. We will not share the above information with any third party or send you any unsolicited call and/or email.

What do I need in order to view Virtual Tour on DBS Home360?

All you need is any mobile device with iOS 10.0 or higher or Android v.4.4 or higher. With a cardboard viewer, you will be able to experience virtual reality on the property in goggle view!

I am interested in the properties displayed in DBS Home360, who should I contact?

You may contact property agents of Century 21 Hong Kong Limited directly, whose contact information are displayed on each property details page on DBS Home360.
