	How do I know that DBS has received the LC?
	You will be notified by phone or SMS when we receive the new document. DBS IDEAL users will be notified by email.

	Where do I collect my LC?
	We will contact you to arrange. You may collect it at your preferred collection point.

	Will the Letter of Credit be authenticated by DBS?
	Yes, we will authenticate all LC received by SWIFT.

	Can you authenticate a hard copy of the LC?
	Yes, we will verify the issuing bank’s signature on the hard copy and advise you when it’s been authenticated.

	How do I make amendments to the LC?
	Please contact your buyer directly. They will then ask the issuing bank to make the changes. Upon receipt of the amendments, we’ll contact you via phone, fax, or email.
