Public General Liability

Chubb’s Public/General Liability Insurance protects you against liability claims for bodily injury and property damage by a third party arising out of your business operation. 

1. Coverage trigger is on occurrence form basis
2. Broad definition of insured, which include:
   • your subsidiary
   • new subsidiary acquired by you within 90 days during the policy period
   • your director, officer, partner, employee or shareholder
   • your principal
   • any social and/or sporting clubs, first aid, fire and ambulance services formed with your consent
3. Broad definition of insured, which include:
   • bodily injury, death, illness, disability, shock, freight, mental anguish or mental injury
   • false arrest, detention, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution or humiliation
   • wrongful entry or eviction
   • assault and battery not committed by or at the direction of you
4. Broad coverage with extension to cover your legal liability arising out of :
   • loss or damage to directors/officers/employees/ visitors’ clothing and personal effect
   • premises tenanted by the insured
   • loading and unloading of vehicles
5. Legal representation or investigation expenses
