Want to enjoy fast and safe authentication when calling DBS BusinessCare and have round-the-clock access to our digital services? 
Register today for MA Express (Manual Authentication Express Service)!
With MA Express, you can:
Authenticate yourself quickly when calling DBS BusinessCare Hotline. The call system will automatically recognize your incoming phone number. A One-Time Password* will be sent to your mobile device or to your email inbox. By entering this One-Time Password on the keypad, you will be connected to our customer service agent quickly.
 
Simply use your registered phone number, email address, and a One-Time Password* every time to authenticate in our virtual assistant, Joy. After successful authentication, you can check your account balances and completed transaction history by typing #viewbalance or #viewtransactions.
 
Speak to our customer service agent to register for MA Express!
 
*The One-Time Password will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile devices or via registered email of the designated person.
