DBS Business Account Application

Please prepare the following documents and business evidence for account opening. 

Valid Identification Document and Residential Address Proof (issued within 3 months) of (i) Shareholders with ≥ 10% of the issued share capital/ voting rights (ii) All Authorized Signors (iii) All directors	Partnership Deed and/ or Membership with a relevant professional body or trade association (if applicable)	Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) or Articles of Association (A&A)
Certificate of Registration of A Society obtainable at Licensing from Office of Hong Kong Police (if applicable)	Valid Business Registration Certificate (BRC) (if applicable)	Tax Exemption Letter from Inland Revenue Department (if applicable)
Ownership and control structure chart issued within 6 months	Request for Disclosure of Information	Documents to show business operation*, such as: - Sales & purchases contracts - Sales invoices & purchase orders
Latest financial information*, such as: - Latest audited / in-house financial report - Latest 3 months’ bank statements

*For new companies, you may provide the following documents as substitute, e.g. 1) tax demand note, bank statement of personal account & relevant employment letters of Directors, Authorized Signatories, Beneficial Owners and 2) agreement with potential buyer or supplier etc.

*For investment holding company, please also provide provisional sales and purchase agreement and tenancy agreement
