DBS IDEAL offers flexible view options, allowing approvers to view either the total payment amount or the breakdown of each payroll payment as per their entitlements

For non-payroll bulk payment, you can choose to display posting records as either itemized or consolidated debit entry on your statement

Future-dated transactions for up to 90 days

FAQs

	What is the cutoff time of Payroll, Bulk Payment over DBS IDEAL?
	Cutoff time of Payroll and Bulk Payment 7:00 PM on Monday to Sunday, include Public Holiday. Instructions submitted before cutoff time will be sent to beneficiary bank on the same day^#, or any future date you indicate.

Do I need to submit any application to use Payroll service?

For customer newly onboarded to DBS IDEAL, payroll service will be offered as default on DBS IDEAL. You will not need any additional setup / application.

If you are a DBS IDEAL existing customer, simply login to DBS IDEAL and navigate to “Pay & Transfer”. “Payroll” should be shown as functionalities to choose at top menu. Otherwise, submit an IDEAL maintenance request or get in touch with your company administrator to apply for entitlement.
