Upon sending a telegraphic transfer (TT), you will know when funds have been received or if they are still being processed. Payments made from DBS accounts can be tracked with SWIFT global payments innovation (SWIFT gpi).

If your beneficiary has a DBS account in the region, your telegraphic transfer (TT) will be sent via DBS PriorityPay. 
Which overseas DBS branches participate in DBS PriorityPay?

What are the supported currencies?

DBS PriorityPay supports up to 6 payment currencies for international money transfers:

US  Dollar, Euro, Great Britain Pound, Singapore Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Canadian Dollar1, 

1 – not available for DBS Vietnam, DBS Australia
How can I access DBS PriorityPay on IDEAL?

If the beneficiary’s account is within the DBS network (refer to the list of participating DBS branches), telegraphic transfers (TT) made on IDEAL will be sent via DBS PriorityPay.
Are there any additional charges for DBS PriorityPay?

No, the charge is same as normal Telegraphic Transfers. As a complimentary service for our customers, correspondent charges will not be incurred if you are sharing agent charge with your beneficiary.
How do I sign up for the credit confirmation alert?

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to IDEAL Dashboard
  2. Choose ‘Create and Manage Alerts’
  3. Scroll down to find ‘Credit Confirmation Alert’
  4. Click on ‘Create personalised alert’ to complete the setup
