We refer to the card & wallet (non-Faster Payment System) Merchant Acquiring Services provided by The Payment Cards Group Limited (Yedpay) (“the Acquiring Partner”) and referred to you by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”). By providing your contact information and submitting this form, you hereby authorises the Bank to engage the payment service provider, the Acquiring Partner, in reviewing your merchant information and/ or joining the discussion between your company and the Bank to explore merchant acquiring opportunities. Also, you acknowledge that your company consents and agrees to the following:
1.    The Bank does not act for or represent the Acquiring Partner. The Bank only acts as a referrer. 
2.    The Bank may receive revenue sharing from the Acquiring Partner in relation to the referral.
3.    The Acquiring Partner will provide advice and information and arrange services / products directly to your company.
4.    The Bank shall not be liable for any act, omission, neglect or default of the Acquiring Partner.
5.    The Bank shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental damages or any other loss or damages of any kind arising from any use of the Services, Products or further communication given in relation to the referral.

The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version. 

卡及電子錢包（非轉數快）商戶收款服務由The Payment Card Group Limited (Yedpay) （「收單合作伙伴」）提供，並由星展銀行（香港）有限公司（「本行」）進行轉介，閣下提供相關聯絡資料及提交此表格，即授權本行與提供支付服務的收單合作伙伴接洽，以審閱閣下的商戶資料及/或加入  貴公司與本行之間就探討商戶收款服務的會談。而且閣下確認  貴公司同意以下內容：
1.    本行不代表收款合作伙伴行事，本行僅作為推介方。
2.    本行可能會從收款合作伙伴獲得與此推介相關的收入分成。
3.    收款合作伙伴將直接向  貴公司提供建議、資訊，以及安排服務 / 產品。
4.    本行不會對收款合作伙伴的任何行為、遺漏、疏忽或違約負責。
5.    本行不會對因使用服務、產品或就推介作出的任何進一步通訊而引起的任何直接、特殊、間接、具後果性、附帶或任何其他種類的損失或損害負責。

本條款及細則的中英文版本如有任何歧異，一概以英文版本為準。
