Service fee of DBS Treasures/DBS Treasures Private Client account if failed to maintain minimum balance

For DBS Treasures customers,The monthly service fee will be applied if the Average Total Relationship Balance over 3 consecutive months falls below HK$1,000,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)).For Treasure Private Client customers,the account services fee will be applied if the Assets under Management of less than HK$ 8,000,000 (or its equivalent) for the previous 6 consecutive months.

Monthly maintenance fee
The monthly service fee will be applied if the Average Total Relationship Balance over 3 consecutive months falls below HK$1,000,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)). “Average Total Relationship Balance over 3 consecutive months” is calculated based on the aggregated value of daily Total Relationship Balance in the period of consecutive 3 months divided by the total number of calendar days in that 3 months. The calculation of Total Relationship Balance is the total assets that a Customer maintained with the Bank, regardless it is solely or jointly owned by the Customer. The asset includes Hong Kong dollar, Renminbi and Foreign currency deposits, Currency Linked Investment, market value of local and overseas securities, investment funds, bonds and other linked or structured investment products. Account Service Fee
The account services fee will be applied if the Assets under Management of less than HK$ 8,000,000 (or its equivalent) for the previous 6 consecutive months. The calculation of Assets under Management is the total assets that a Customer maintains with the Bank on the last working day of each month for the relevant period, regardless of if they are solely or jointly owned by the Customer. The assets include deposits in Hong Kong dollars, renminbi and foreign currency market value of local and overseas securities, investment fund, bonds, other linked or structured investment products and paid premiums of insurance products.	HKD 7,200 (or its equivalent) per annum per account entity (payable semi-annually)

Account Service Fee

The account services fee will be applied if the Assets under Management of less than HK$ 8,000,000 (or its equivalent) for the previous 6 consecutive months.

The calculation of Assets under Management is the total assets that a Customer maintains with the Bank on the last working day of each month for the relevant period, regardless of if they are solely or jointly owned by the Customer. The assets include deposits in Hong Kong dollars, renminbi and foreign currency market value of local and overseas securities, investment fund, bonds, other linked or structured investment products and paid premiums of insurance products.

HKD 7,200 (or its equivalent) per annum per account entity (payable semi-annually)

If customer’s portfolio does not meet the requirement (maintain a balance of at least HK$ 8,000,000 or its equivalent in any other currency in investable assets), the account will not be force to close, but wealth management services enjoy will be subject to changes.
Changes include fewer product choices, different investment order placement process, and the existing risk profile derived from the “Investment Objective Setting Questionnaire” will become ineffective.
