“Klook $1 per day WiFi” Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. “Klook $1 per day WiFi” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the Principle Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS COMPASS VISA (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
2. The Promotion Period/Coupon Validity starts from 12 January 2018 to 31 March 2018, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”/” Coupon Validity”), and divided into 3 calendar months, i.e. January, February and/or March (“Calendar Month”).
3. To be eligible for the Promotion in any Calendar Month, Cardholders are required to register the Promotion successfully in that Calendar Month (according to the Bank’s website record) during Promotion Period (“Registration Period”) via webpage https://cards.dbs.com.hk or DBS Omni mobile application following below steps:
   
   
   1. Register DBS Omni membership (for those Cardholders who are already with DBS Omni membership may skip step i and go to step ii directly);
   2. Register the Promotion with his/her Applicable Credit Cards. Cardholders have to read and confirm the acceptance of the Promotion’s terms and conditions and input the required information according to the instructions. Cardholders will be given coupon code, confirmation email with reference number upon successful registration for record and enquiry purposes. Each Applicable Credit Card can only register once for each Calendar Month in Registration Period.
4. Cardholders who have failed to register for the Promotion within the Registration Period or have provided incorrect information shall not be eligible for the Promotion. All information provided for registration cannot be cancelled or amended upon successful registration.
5. Within 1 month from the successful registration, Cardholder who accumulate eligible foreign currency spending with Applicable Credit Card (“Eligible Spending”, definition refers to Clause 8 below) to HK$2,000 or above (“Spending Requirement”), he/she can redeem a “Pocket Wifi (Taiwan/Japan/Koera/Thailand), pick up at the Hong Kong Airport” (“Reward”) at Klook (“Merchant”) website (www.klook.com) and/or their respective mobile applications at HK$1 per day, up to 5 days.
6. To enjoy the Offer, Cardholders are required to order the Reward via Klook upon inputting the relevant coupon code and settling payment with Applicable Credit Card. The payment amount after discount will be shown on the payment page, and the total payment amount will be calculated by Merchant’s system. The price of Reward for the first-5-day booking will be HK$1(or below) per day. For details, please contact Merchant’s customer service for queries at (852) 3462 6208. This Reward is only applicable to booking of 72 hours in advance.
7. Each Applicable Credit Card can enjoy the Reward once per Calendar Month during the Promotion Period.
8. For the purpose of the Promotion, “Eligible Spending” means any posted foreign currency (non-HKD) retail transactions. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Spending : reload amount of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service and/or application fee/handling fee of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, monthly payment of “Card Interest-free Instalment Loan”, cash advance and relevant handling/administration fees, Balance Transfer, CV+ Flexi Cash, Call-a-loan, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, COMPASS VISA Flexi Shopping Instalment, tax payment, all bill payment transactions made via Internet/JETCO/24-hour Customer Service Hotline, transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration of the merchant) outside Hong Kong, reload of e-Wallets(including but not limited to PayMe, WeChat Pay and Alipay), casino chips, foreign exchange, security purchases, credit card annual fee, finance charges, late charges, reversed transactions, transaction that has been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund or any other types of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time. All Eligible Spending will be counted base on the transaction date and conducted during Promotion Period.
9. The Spending Requirement will be based on the currency and amount in Hong Kong Dollars after conversion posted in the credit card statement.
10. Upon successful registration, the Bank reserves the right to debit the administrative fee HK$100 per Reward from the relevant account within 3 months after the relevant Calendar Month without prior notice if Cardholder cannot fulfil the Spending Requirement with Applicable Credit Card during relevant Spending Period.
11. If there is a supplementary card under the Applicable Credit Card account, Eligible Transactions conducted under the supplementary card will be deemed as Eligible Transactions conducted under the principal card account.
12. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
13. Reward cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash, credit limit as well as other goods or services.
14. All pictures and prices are for reference only. The prices are designated by the relevant Merchant and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
15. The Reward entitled by Cardholders under the Promotion shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
16. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Discount or Reward from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
17. The Promotion is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the Promotion Period and when the Reward is credited to the Applicable Credit Card account.
18. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Selected Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Selected Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
19. The Bank does not accept any liability in relation to the quality of products and services provided by the Merchant, any complaints in relation thereto should be made to the relevant merchants directly.

21. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
22. The Bank and Merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and Merchants’ decision are final.
23. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
