Credit Card Paper Statement Fee
We are dedicated to making a greener future. In order to save the environment and reduce paper consumption, DBS proactively promotes eStatement services.
Credit Card customers who receive at least one paper statement during 1 January to 31 December each year will be charged a Paper Statement Fee of HK$240 in the following January.
- Who will be charged for Paper Statement Fee?
The Paper Statement Fee will be applicable to cardholders of all credit cards issued by the Bank, including but not limited to DBS Credit Cards and DBS Co-branded Cards (except DBS Business Card and Manulife Card (with MediPlus)).
- Who will be eligible for the Paper Statement Fee waiver?
- Cardholders aged 65 or above
- Cardholders who subscribe eStatement services
If a credit card customer registers for opt out of receiving paper statement in a certain calendar year and keeps this option, even if he/she has received a paper statement in that calendar year, the paper statement fee will be waived in the following year!
