Terms and Conditions of “Single Travel Insurance Offer for DBS Omni User”:

 

1. The offers herein (the “Offers”) shall run from 3 July 2017 to 31 December 2017 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Offers are only applicable to customers (“Customers”) of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited 星展銀行（香港）有限公司 (the "Bank", which expression includes its successors and assigns).
3. The Offers are only applicable to cardholders of DBS Credit Card (“Cardholders”) who successfully enroll for Single Travel Insurance Plan through DBS Omni app. The Cardholders must obtain a quote for the Single Travel Insurance Plan through the link provided by DBS Omni app. An eCoupon number will automatically be applied to customers’ quotation through DBS Omni app. Cardholders must use the respective eCoupon number to settle the payment by DBS Credit Card to enjoy the Offer.
4. The insurance plans herein are underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited ("MSIG"). MSIG reserves the right of final approval to the insurance plan application. For the coverage and other details of the insurance plans, please refer to the relevant product materials and policy provisions.
5. The Bank is an insurance agent authorised by MSIG.
6. The Premium Discount Offer:
   

   a.	Cardholders who successfully enroll Single Travel Insurance Plan through DBS Omni app during the Promotion Period shall be eligible for 55% discount on the relevant premium.
   b.	The Premium Discount Offer is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable.
   c.	MSIG has the sole discretion in determining a customers' eligibility to the abovementioned discount.

7. DBS Omni Offer
   

   a.	Cardholders who successfully enroll for Single Travel Insurance Plan during the Promotion Period through DBS Omni app with policy net premium reaching HK$150 or above for each policy will be eligible for two (2) eVouchers for a Tall Size Pacific Coffee (“eVoucher”) (irrespective of the number of insured persons).
   b.	The eVoucher will be sent to the eligible Customer’s email address (as provided in his/her online application through DBS Omni app) within 6 weeks from the month end in which the relevant Single Travel Insurance Plan is purchased under the Offers.
   c.	Use of the eVoucher is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier. Each of the Bank and MSIG is not the supplier of the eVoucher. Any enquiry or complaint in connection with the eVoucher or the products or services relating thereto should be directed to the relevant supplier. Each of the Bank and MSIG shall have no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of the eVoucher.
   d.	Each of the Bank and MSIG reserves the right to replace the eVoucher with alternative prizes without prior notice.
   e.	The eVoucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and the use of eVoucher is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier.

8. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts when applying for the same product.
9. Any fraud and / or abuse of any of the Offers by a customer (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the customer's eligibility to participate in the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of the customer's account(s) with the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the value of any reward, prize or other gift reward awarded inappropriately to a customer directly from any of the customer's bank account(s) with the Bank without prior notice and / or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
10. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue any of the above Offers without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusively binding.
11. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
