Step 2: Enter your personal information for identity verification. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

Step 3: Enter the required credentials for authentication

Step 4: Set your username and password, confirm your registered mobile phone number and enter your email address

Step 5: An SMS One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. Verify the details shown on the page and enter the OTP to complete the registration

Simply retrieve either by clicking “Forgot Username or Password” on DBS ibanking / DBS digibank and follow the steps.
