  • Yes, you can amend your correspondence address via DBS iBanking by tapping “Not your current address” on screen during ATM Card application through DBS digibank HK. ​
  • This amendment process will take up to 3 working days to reflect the update. You will receive SMS upon successful amendment. You can apply for a new ATM Card via "ATM Card Services" on DBS digibank HK thereafter.”

Starting from the Effective Date, no new application of DBS Octopus ATM Card via DBS digibank HK will be accepted. If you would like to apply for DBS Octopus ATM Card, please visit our branch for application.

What are the arrangements if I would like to choose DBS Octopus ATM Card for card replacement? (Effective Date: 18 January 2025)

The Bank will only provide ATM card for replacement via DBS digibank HK. If you would like to choose DBS Octopus ATM Card for replacement, please visit our branch to submit the relevant request accordingly.

What if I would like to report loss/block card for my DBS Octopus ATM Card via DBS digibank HK? (Effective Date: 18 January 2025)
You can still report loss/block card for your DBS Octopus ATM Card via DBS digibank HK. You may navigate to “ATM Services” tab after logging in DBS digibank HK, then select “Block Card/Report Loss”. After that, please confirm the details and select “BLOCK NOW” for your DBS Octopus ATM Card.

What should I do if I have registered my expiring DBS Octopus ATM Card in the Consumption Voucher Scheme?

Please visit https://www.consumptionvoucher.gov.hk/en/ to update your registration record in order to receive the uncollected consumption vouchers with your new DBS Octopus ATM Card. The cumulative eligible spending of the expiring card is also transferred to the new card.

Please note that upon successful registration of the new card, the Octopus function of the expiring card will be disabled.
