“Exclusive for Selected Customers – Enjoy up to HK$110 Rewards with Physical Cards” ("Promotion") is only applicable to the selected principal cardholders of DBS Credit Cards (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) invited by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") by email or DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) push notification (“Selected Cardholders”). The participation eligibility cannot be transferred to others by the Selected Cardholders. This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
For the promotion period, please refer to the promotion dates stated on the invitation email or DBS Card+ campaign page of this Promotion (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, Selected Cardholders can enjoy the following offers after activating the physical cards of the Applicable Credit Cards and meeting the following spending requirements in retail transaction (online store or physical store) with the physical cards (“Eligible Transaction”):

Selected Cardholders can enjoy offer 1 & 2 (Offer 1 & 2 are collectively named as “Offer”) for once each during the entire Promotion Period. Thus, Selected Cardholders can enjoy up to HK$110 Offer.
For the purpose of the Promotion, Eligible Transaction means the posted retails spending (for Eligible Transactions being settled with a Card Interest-free Instalment Loan, only posted monthly instalments will be counted). The following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transaction: cash advance and its relevant handling / administration fees, application fee / handling fee of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, Balance Transfer, Flexi Cash, Call-a-loan, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, Flexi Shopping Instalment, payment via “Pay & Transfer” function of DBS Card+, tax payment, all bill payment transactions made via Internet / JETCO / 24-hour Customer Service Hotline or other available means, casino chips, foreign exchange, security purchases, credit card annual fee, finance charges, late charges, reversed transactions, transaction that has been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and / or refund or any other types of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
To be eligible to enjoy Offer 1, after completing the Spending Requirement, Selected Cardholders can enjoy the deduction from the payable amount through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that Eligible Transaction after the Eligible Transaction posted and displayed in Spending of DBS Card+. Selected Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ and completely register an DBS Card+ account before conducting any Eligible Transactions, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ by choosing menu > More > App & Security Settings > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” for participating in the Promotion. Selected Cardholders must enjoy Offer 1 on or before the designated date stated on the invitation email or DBS Card+ campaign page of this Promotion, otherwise, it is considered as giving up the Offer on its own.
To be eligible to enjoy Offer 2, Selected Cardholders who accumulate the Eligible Transactions amount of HK$800 or above in each phase (which stated on the invitation email or DBS Card+ campaign page of this Promotion) during Promotion Period will be entitled to HK$100 Cash Rebate ("Rebate"). Rebate will be credited to a Selected Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account directly within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period and will be shown on the monthly statement.
The “InstaRedeem” offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” promotion offers offered by the Bank and the merchants. If Selected Customer’s spending meets the award requirements of other "InstaRedeem" promotion offer at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded under the Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
Offer is only applicable to Selected Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Selected Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Selected Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Selected Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Selected Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Selected Cardholder.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Selected Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Selected Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
The Bank may change theses terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank reserve the right of final decision.
The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
