General Terms and Conditions for DBS Eminent Card Offers

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Eminent Card including DBS Eminent Visa Signature Card and DBS Eminent Visa Platinum Card (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
  4. Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  6. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
  7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers related to dining are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
  8. All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.
  9. The prices of all products and services published in this webpage are for reference only. No notice will be made should there be any changes.
  10. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices (if any) in relation to the products/services published in this webpage (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this webpage shall be directed to the relevant merchants. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  11. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the respective merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
  12. Besides these terms and conditions, each Offer is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to it.
  13. The Bank and the respective merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
  14. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“Hexa and Sixa Dining Offers” Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offers run from 2 October 2022 to 28 February 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Cardholders can enjoy the following offers when visiting restaurants during the Promotion Period:

  3. The Offers are for dine-in order only. All prices are subject to 10% service charge based on original price.
  4. The Offers are not applicable on 24 to 25, 31 December 2022, 1 January 2023, 22-24 January 2023, 14 February 2023, and all fireworks display nights.
  5. The Offers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions, vouchers and / or privilege cards, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services, and are non-transferable.
  6. The Offers are not applicable to tea and condiments, beverage, individual tailor-made menus, banqueting meetings, conferences, private rooms, wedding, wine dinners, ticket sales events, corkage and cake charges.
  7. Hexa, Sixa and the Bank reserve the right to change the terms of the Offers.
  8. In case of dispute, the decision of Hexa, Sixa and the Bank shall be final.

 

“Chope Buy-1-Get-1-Free Set Menu/ Main Course Limited Offer” Terms and Conditions (Revised version: extension of promotion period in clause 1 and details of promotion period and designated booking dates in clause 3. The revision is underlined for easy reference, other terms and conditions remain unchanged)

  1. The promotion period of “Chope Buy-1-Get-1-Free Set Menu/Main Course Limited Offer” (the “Promotion”) is on every 15th from 1 September to 28 February 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Cardholders who make table reservation via Chope’s mobile app (Hong Kong version)/ website (https://www.chope.co/hong-kong-restaurants/pages/DBS_Eminent_Card_2022)* ("Chope") and input the promotion code “DBSB1G1” at the table booking page during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Booking"), can enjoy buy-1-get-1-free on selected set menu/ main course with Applicable Credit Cards when attending the table reservation at the selected restaurants (“Offer”).
  3. Offer quotas are limited and they are available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. Offer quotas will be released at Chope at 11.00am during the Promotion Period. For the availability of Offer quota, please visit Chope platform for details. Offer is only valid for lunch or dinner dine-in reservations on below designated dates ("Designated Booking Dates"), subject to the seat availability on the day.

  4. Each Cardholder can enjoy the Offer once per month and splitting of table or bill is not accepted.
  5. Upon making the Eligible Booking, Cardholder will receive a confirmation email from Chope ("Confirmation Email"). If the Cardholder cannot attend the booking on the date and time as shown in the Confirmation Email, the Offer will be deemed forfeited. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
  6. The Bank and Chope will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the designated promotion code when conducting transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer.
  7. Cardholders must present the Confirmation Email to the restaurant and specify to enjoy the Offer in advance before ordering the food. Cardholders must confirm the Offer with the restaurants before payment and settle with Applicable Credit Cards.
  8. 10% service charge applies based on original prices, including all free items for dine-in.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer, promotional discount coupons or Chope vouchers, and cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discount or is not transferable.
  10. Other terms & conditions apply, please refer to the terms and conditions governed by merchants as stated in each landing page of Chope’s website.
  11. The Bank has absolute discretion to determine the validity of a transaction and the eligibility of the Offers based on the details (including time and date) of the relevant transaction in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the transaction record of Cardholders and that of the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive.
  12. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offer by any person (as determined by the Bank and Chope Group Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. The Bank and Chope Group Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank and Chope Group Limited shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error from Cardholders due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  14. Cardholders are responsible for all expenses regarding to this Promotion, including but not limited to transportation, tax and insurance or other expenses incurred.

 

“Chope Dining Vouchers Discount Offer” Terms and Conditions (Revised version: extension of promotion period in clause 1. The revision is underlined for easy reference, other terms and conditions remain unchanged)

  1. The promotion period of “Chope Dining Vouchers Discount Offer” (the “Promotion”) is from 1 September to 28 February 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Upon a single net spending of HK$500 or above with Applicable Credit Card on dining vouchers via Chope mobile app (Hong Kong version)/ website (https://hkshop.chope.co/) * ("Chope") by applying the promotion code “DBS150” when checkout during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders shall be entitled to a HK$150 instant discount (“Offer”) during check out.
  3. 150 quotas of the Offer are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Offer is subject to the quota usage status and the availability at the time of purchase at Chope platform.
  4. Each Cardholder can apply one promotion code per transaction and can only enjoy the Offer once only during the Promotion Period.
  5. The Bank and Chope will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the designated promotion code when conducting transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the payment via eWallet (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay) shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions.
  7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer or promotional discount coupons, and cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discount or is not transferable.
  8. Dining vouchers are subject to availability. All pictures and information are for reference only. Please contact the relevant merchants for details. Notice of unavailability or substitution of the dining vouchers will not be provided.
  9. Cardholders might be required to make table reservation in advance via Chope’s mobile app/website (https://www.chope.co/hong-kong-restaurants)* to use the dine-in dining vouchers. Other terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions governed by merchants as stated in each landing page of Chope’s website.
  10.
