How do I sign up for the credit confirmation alert?

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to IDEAL Dashboard
  2. Choose ‘Create and Manage Alerts’
  3. Scroll down to find ‘Credit Confirmation Alert’
  4. Click on ‘Create personalised alert’ to complete the setup
